Meet the Staff
Mrs. Harris, Media Specialist
This is Mrs. Harris' first year as the Media Specialist. She was married on March 28, 2015, so you might know her as Ms. Blalock! Mrs. Harris attended the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!), where she received her BA in Elementary Education and is currently working on her Master's Degree in Library and Information Sciences. Mrs. Harris has been at Rice Creek for 4 years, having taught 4th, 5th, and 2nd grades before moving into the Media Center.
Mrs. Harris enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her furry child, Stanley!
Mrs. Broussard, Media Assistant
Mrs. Broussard and her husband Tony have 3 great kids: Candace, Christian, and Courtnee; who all attended Rice Creek Elementary. They are now at the University of South Carolina, with my oldest in her 3rd year of medical school. My hobbies include: University of South Carolina football and The Carolina Band (Go Mighty Sound of the Southeast!).
